Well what can I say? What are the other users accustomed to? We came after a a recommendation of our host, at the SPA Mouliniere (outstanding) and oh what a pity. The tune fillet I got was not only overcooked but full of nerves and...the exact contrary of what it should have been: brown and impossible to chew instead of pink and soft to the fork! The rest of the dinner was, at best, nothing to write home about. The worst thing was that the owner, even after seeing that I had barely touched the tuna, did not even bother to ask if anything was wrong. He took the dish and brought the bill. Which I paid, leaving with a truly bad feeling.

cook French best. we had foie grass and a crab meat dish a raw crumb meat cake served very tasty with some salads both very well. for the net we had a Bream fish and a bark fillet. the bream was very good. the bark fillet came with a “topping” red beet a very tasty surprise. the deserts were very good to a local “tarte” with ice and a chocolate cream “brownie” with a pure cream center and covered with a vanilla ice cream cream cream. we also had a house red wine too warm. prices were at the high end of the average, but justified by the quality. service was friendly and efficient.

I was looking for a good French restaurant, rather than the touristy ones in the old city. I found this bistrot in St Servan and was not disappointed. Quite a limited menu, but great quality. I enjoyed the seafood gratinee to start followed by a...tournedos Rossini, bleu, an old classic cooked perfectly with a nice piece of foie gras and fresh veg and potatoes. The service was good, unhurried. The restaurant was about half full on a Monday night at the end of October.

carefully prepared courses, good portion sizes, friendly and well maintained service. excellent for me was the creamux chair of the Crabe star, and kouign amann dessert. good and good wein available in carafe. my only criticism is that I price the menu a tad expensive,...as always not so much to stop me back!
