After the visit of the Thoronet abbey we stopped in this village for lunch. The bistro welcomed us with kindness. At 1 p.m. on the terrace side garden and we had a table on the street. Fortunately it’s not the highway! ... no worries. We opted for the menu at 24.90 ... no false note. For tartar lovers, I recommend because the preparation with chorizo and goat comes out of the ordinary. The pineapple carpaccio with its verveine ice is worth a visit. It gives you freshness. I forgot the tomatoes... they have taste; certainly not an industrial crop. The white chocolate panacotta was a delight ... a gourmet told me
We dared to settle for dinner despite the lack of external attraction of the place if this is the very interesting story of miners. The journey is in the plate: simple but safe and therefore very pleasant. My husband has tested the menu: quality products, good cooking, great fries. An extra Italian salad, rich in taste, olive oil, burrata, ham, pesto... for me. A good advice for the wine and the discovery of the surroundings. Thanks to the owner! It was very late when we finished visiting the Abbey and we found, by chance, this little restaurant. The service was finished when we arrived but we were offered boards that were excellent. The welcome was warm.
