Le Jardin de Berne is undoubtedly our favorite Michelin-starred restaurant for 2024. We were expecting friendly Provençal cuisine, but this dinner went well above our expectations. Louis Rameau's cuisine is infinitely precise, tasty and sincere. This dinner (October 2024) at the Michelin-starred restaurant of the Château de Berne (where we had an excellent stay) was truly a memorable experience, surpassing all our expectations. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by the exceptional setting: nestled in the heart of the Provencal vineyards, this place exudes elegance and serenity. The view is splendid, and the decor refined and refined. The dining room team was able to welcome us with profe...

We visited here for lunch on our first day as guests of the hotel great, the second eve we shared a pizza again great.Unfortunately our third visit upon checking out was absolutely terrible and not a great way to leave…We were the first customers in at noon after checking out of the hotel. My starter came instantly.I ordered wok fried prawns and my husband a burger which after waiting 1 hour I asked the waitress what was happening? She then arrived with a dish of chicken which neither of us had ordered! It was going from bad to worse. We we’re both so upset by this point of absolutely dire service and our choose of dining there was because we both wanted a quick lunch and to get to our next hotel...

the framework first. the time passes and the bistro complex loses its charm and the cozy character that it may have in the past, digging the ditch with the rest of the domain: aging yellow paint, woodwork too present, disappearance of the bistrot swim, general atmosphere cold and acoustic unpleasant, lack of separation with the shop (which it also is in decline), neglected veranda part (clean star, counter area and window). On the table side, the Provence Christmas menu was correct, no more and in any case not at all at the height of the berne domain and the greedy bib. bruschetta savoyarde good but we can’t say that it’s really cooking (I’m going on the banal salad laid like that in the pla...

We visited the bistro on 15th July to celebrate a birthday. We reserved a table for 9 persons through the restaurants website (Fork) and reconfirmed twice we would come. To our surprise the only message we got when we arrived at 12.50 was there was no place and no reservation. After checking the system one of the waiters told us it was canceled yesterday. This was not done by us and showing the confirmations of the reservation even the one received on the same day did not help. The message remained it was canceled so there was no place for us. What was most annoying there was no help at all in getting the problem solved. No service at all. Not what we expected from a restaurant like this. Book a table now

Every time in the south of France we go to le Bistrot for a lunch combining the possibility of buying a variety of wines from the Berne catalogue. This time 2x€55 meny with a chevre salad for two, then the entrecote (lacking some vegetables I think but nice potato mash , chicken for my wife and the most excellent and fluffy tiramisu (Cafe Gourmand for my wife . Add a glass of rose and red and it all comes together nicely. Good and friendly service from our waiter. And the wine promotion was excellent also..... :

reception, service, top management. the dishes from the entrance to the dessert are very well cooked and in large quantities. The frame is very pretty and the tables spaced enough to have its privacy. A big thank you to the young waitress who from the beginning to the end showed themselves available, discreet and especially super smiling what is very pleasant. We'll be back!

Came as a group of 40 people, of whom Armelle took great care with an adorable, efficient, funny and inspiring team in terms of consumption, cuisine (extra/ultra local/healthy), etc... The castle, its decoration and its environment are interesting, in harmony and allow you to disconnect! A big thank you and see you soon as a couple or again as a group!?

Bistrot located in a beautiful and vast vineyard. We were very well received and we ate very well for a reasonable price. Ideal after a small visit to the area and before relaxing in the spa
