We had a nice meal here and a great service. I am a nightmare to feed as I do not eat cheese or vegetables or the thought of filling leaves in my mouth makes me feel sick. My wife loves everyone up!... First of all, I would like to mention that the staff was excellent. The waiter spoke good English, and I ordered a simple burger with chips. When the burger arrived (fairly fast, it was exactly as ordered. In most cases, chefs cannot help garnish the plate with something or other. We also ordered a help of barbeque ribs to go for our Irish wolf. We have exactly what we ordered, well cooked, well served, in a timely way, and all for €42 including a carafe of very beautiful rose. Very recommende...
I ate here tonight for a nice family meal. There is a very good selection of food on the menu for all different tastes. I ordered the Pave (medium to well done) and it came out to me barely cooked. I sent it back to get it cooked again but it came back to me in the same condition! I ate around it and left half of it. I had chips and gratin which were lovely. My mother had the duck which was lovely and my dad had the pave which was cooked perfectly. The kids meals were nice too. Pizza and chicken nuggets for them followed by chocolate (which was almond cake) or ice cream. The chocolate was too dry for my liking. A bit disappointing but will return again but try something else.
We visited early evening and took advantage of the early bird menu. We had a burger and pizza from the early bird menu and our 3 year old had a child's meal. A food was delicious. Had to treat ourselves to the cafe gourmand dessert (we shared this) after reading about it on TripAdvisor. We would definitely recommend this. The staff we friendly and looked after us well. They spoke very good English and we tried our best French too. When we visit this area again we will definitely be coming here and will recommend it to family who visit the area frequently.
This Place is Amazing. I am Irish and have been going for years they are so good at attempting to speak english and it really makes your time there more enjoyable the food is class and the interior is unbelievable. It is Very central In...St Jean De Monts but is also not loud its an essential part of the holiday getting to go to this Restaurant. Thanks The Irish Are The Best

Liking beef a little too much we decided to try this restaurant as a change from the area sea food norm.It was end of season and very quiet, great menu but while the food was good it was not exceptional or any reason to cal again given overall cost compared to other experiances in the town.Worth a go maybe, choose wisely?
Very good service and comprehensive menu.One of the few restaurants selling decent meat dishes, Mixed grill highly recommended consisting of steak, duck and pork chop. Be aware that this restaurant only serves 12-3 pm then closes until the evening.
This was the best meal we had in France over the past six years. Our waiter Francois (in the second picture) was brilliant and he is the best waiter we ever had! The shells and the steaks were there!
The food here is very good. Our 5 year old daughter loved the choice for children, and our family all found different meals that were delicious on each of our 3 visits in July 2016.

Have been going to the st jean de monts area on holidays for years and the holiday is not complete without a trip to this lovely restaurant
Ate here last month, while the staff are very friendly food not great they seem to prefer large portions of quality.
