Nothing to complain about, everything was very good. The team is very warm and welcoming. Our room was as described, comfortable and clean. The setting is very calm and bucolic, with walks leaving from the hotel and Saint Flour is very close. The breakfasts are plentiful and good, with homemade jams, cakes and pastries, as well as a fruit salad with fresh fruit only, which is rare. The meals are varied, plentiful and very good, they are homemade. I tried 1 hour of Californian massage and it was really very relaxing. A good address to recommend, with affordable prices.

20 minutes before we came to take our order while the restaurant was only filled to 3/4 (3 people to serve.) the salmon in the entrance was good. However, disappointed by the calfskin collar (good meat, but fade sauce) the beef is good. the fries were soft, too cooked in appearance, but little cooked inside. desserts (Calan cream and beautiful helene pear) are good.
