It's a shame to welcome more customers than we can actually do. Suddenly bad experience. Catastrophic prime rib evening. No organization, meat served cold and medium to rare, and only one cooking for the whole table, however. I'm a cook and I've never seen that. My spouse got up and brought the plates to our table... The manager acknowledged the error but that's not really enough. Like what you should not have your eyes bigger than your stomach and do according to what your team is able to get out. The cash register is not the main element of a restaurant.
