Cindy Michael are the owners of Le Brooms here in southern France their menu is great.... the Le Barby Burger, the Le Australie Burger the Le Brooms Burger together with their other Le Burger are the best in Soustons... sitting back with a burger a beer with the perfect view is the ultimate Aussie/French experience... it is a must when you travel to Souston... a dinner that happened in a nice atmosphere at the foot of the lake.Burger excellent for adults. children are not put aside because they have been able to eat two mini burgers adapted to the size of their smallest mouth. a very good idea!a small plus would be homemade fries:)a warm welcome. good end of the season young people :)
