It is difficult to define the type of kitchen if it is "over everywhere".Nothing revolutionary in the dishes offered. restricted choice with good products but without any originality. the accompaniments offered on the day we went there were the same for the majority of the dishes offered on the map (why so many crozets - beer sauce?.) the piece of veal ordered (good car tarted,) had to be accompanied by endives, and I stayed on my desire: 1 mini-endive cut in 2 ! the accompaniment of this dish was very minimalist. Vegetables demand more work and are more expensive than feculents (serviced in greater quantity), but prices would justify that they are not served in a congruous portion. Perhaps...
