rather warm restaurant, neat decoration, cozy spirit, you feel good. Pizzas are correct, but a lack of obvious generosity. For my part, the dough lacks a bit of hydration and the addition of a natural leaven or fermented paste will make it possible to obtain more lightness and flavours, of quality on the basis of pizza. But it was still a good pizza. Much better than chocolate. really shame not to mention this dessert as homeless. an industrial microwave iron. It is a little tasty for such a simplistic dessert, which often makes the final note of the meal. Too bad it ruins the end of hunger, the note. and the desire for dessert next time.
I have been attending this facility for several years at noon. We went there this afternoon and it's the first time I'm disappointed. We waited a good hour before we got our dish. We are 3 having taken pasta and we looked dubative as the quantity was ridiculous. The frustration was all the greater as the pasta was good!!!
The Bui bui is a family place where staff is very welcoming and friendly. We go there very regularly and are never disappointed. The dishes are excellent. I recommend 100%.
