nice setting, nice welcome, we had booked with happiness in this hostel in a park. the menus are at reasonable price. but we did not at all like the dishes, with too many sauces that hide the true taste of the food. The grilled chicken is dry, the sauce (sacée) is too large. The result is strange. even critic for the carpaccio drowned under a very spicy sauce. desserts are medium; wine is good, but very expensive. Anyway, we got out very disappointed. Moreover, the staff is cordial, there is no waiting. make for big noisy blows, without being too slippery on the contents of the plates, or the comfort of the seats.
It's the third time we come to the buron and it's always a treat. menu at 24,90€ very satisfying with dessert flat entry. burrata and mojito peach are not to be missed! and music in the background is always pleasant, like service. I recommend this restaurant!
restaurant in the park of bures with outdoor terrace. The kitchen is correct but the map is quite simple. You should be able to have good red wines in bottle because despite the many requests the wine remains in pichet. point to be improved.
