We had booked the day before for the next day by chance and having phoned at the end of service we did not encounter any booking problems. When we arrived yesterday noon, we discovered a very nice place, just like the welcome. The dishes from the entrance to dessert were excellent and allowed us to discover a local cuisine prepared with quality products. We consulted the opinions that were more than positive. It's worth five stars in its entirety. We had difficulty believing that the people who had issued a very negative opinion 2 months ago had come to this buron that we strongly advise. The drunks were very good, as well as meat and truffa de. We were delighted with this beautiful discover...
Unique experience in this typical buron! The view of the valley and the cows in transhumance, the cuisine and its products of rare and local quality and what to say of the family team wise and adorable that operates this historic place. We booked and counted 40 50€/person (in kind no network in this remote place for a nice entry, dish, cheese, dessert drinks. Quite a must. Thank you.
A must-have for a 100% Cantal experience: drunk, pounti, truffade, dirty...to accompany a meat that has only had to cross the fence to find itself in the plate. The kindness of the family that holds this institution of the valley is the pride of the excellent meal we have made down. And special mention for Luc's honey sold on site! Certainly, we will return (reserving!!
The site is beautiful. The buron is of good capacity. The products are excellent in particular the rumsteck paved with a beautiful truffle portion. I recommend.
