Le Cafe Du Nord - Table reservation

We were looking for something to eat after our visit to the La Rochelle aquarium. After a few disappointments and while strolling around the port I was able to meet the eyes of two people who were waiting in front of the sign of this restaurant. The look then, something rare, their radiant and honest smile! Without looking at the map or other research, I threw myself into the water and dragged my entire troop inside. We were very well received and then served. The whole team was pleasant and attentive to our needs. The meals were of high quality and met our visual and taste expectations. If you are looking for all of this in your wanderings in La Rochelle, don't hesitate, go for it!

We ate very well in this restaurant. The sea bass fillet and octopus were very, very good! Special mention for the chocolate cake! The dishes were very well presented and the servers were super friendly and attentive to our needs. Plan a budget but the quality and presentation of the dishes are worth it. Photos of the dishes: sea bass fillet, octopus, tiramisu and soft meat.

This restaurant was in a lovely setting and we had a seat overlooking the marina which was great! They had a band playing in the evening who were brilliant and lots of people got up to dance! The food was nice and service was fine.

We just loved it. The restaurant is really beautiful, staff is very helpful and friendly and the food quality is outstanding.
