Excellent spot for some lunch. Four choices of draft beers, plus a good choice for lunchtime menu. I had the entrecote which was big and succulent, wife had the veggie option (choice of two, one of which was a simple cheese salad) which was a...three-cheese tart with chips and salad. No room for dessert! Good attentive service, food came quickly even though it was quite busy. Would definitely go again.

The lively bar on this cold January evening was perfect for drinks before dinner with the locals of Alençon who made us very welcome and shared comments on the news with us. We regret not being able to eat there for the menu... very tempting with classic and popular dishes on offer on good old-fashioned French cuisine. We need one of these days back for lunch...
