Wir waren heute Abend spontan zu fünft hier. Haben eigentlich nur Gutes gehört. Hatten Tisch bestellt. Saßen direkt an Türe zum Balkon. Diese wurde ständig geöffnet und es zog unwahrscheinlich rein. Es war viel los. Die Kellner waren sehr nett, aber genauso geschäftstüchtig. Essen war naja... Ständig wurden wir gefragt, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten. Letztendlich haben wir bezahlt und konnten nicht mehr wirklich austrinken, weil die nächsten Gäste schon an unserem Tisch standen. Es war unter den Kellnern ein unheimliches herumgewusele. Kam mir vor wie auf einem vollen Bahnhof. Vielleicht wären ein paar Tische weniger im Raum besser. So war es kein bisschen entspannt. Und wenig gekostet hat...
Erst einmal möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass die Betreiber bei Google alle Rezensionen mit ein oder zwei Sternen löschen lassen. Wer das nicht glaubt, werfe bitte einen Blick auf die Sterne-Verteilung: 2.426 Rezensionen und keine einzige Bewertung unter drei Sternen. Meine Rezension wurde auch gelöscht, obwohl sie der Wahrheit entspricht. Also nochmal hier grob zusammengefasst: Pizza war etwas zu kurz drin, trotzdem am Boden leicht verbrannt. Nudeln waren noch sehr al dente und hatten leider einen sehr unangenehmen Beigeschmack, der an verbranntes Plastik erinnert.
We had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Le Candele! From the warm hospitality of the staff to the incredibly delicious food, everything was perfect. We would particularly like to emphasize that my friend eats gluten-free and was still able to enjoy a delicious pizza. This is not a given and really impressed us. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very inviting and cozy. We felt completely at home and can recommend Le Candele without reservation. We will definitely come back!
This is one of the best in Wurzberg, it is quite near the center, and is frequented by young and old. The first time we took the pasta al Tartufo and Carbonara. The portions were generous and I recommend them. The second time we took the veg soup and shared a pizza because we were not that hungrey. The soup was ok but the pizza was not that special. So I think one should stick to the pasta . The service is quite good considering that every time we passed it was always full.

Brightest memory from our visit here is the size of the portions - all the dishes we ordered would have been enough to sate me twice. The food (we had different pasta dishes) was good, nothing exceptional, but well done and tasty. Service was pleasant, quick, but not rushed and everyone was all smiles!All in all it left us satisfied without leaving a hole in our wallet!
Stopped here on a whim before heading to the train. Great pizza. Different. Green asparagus and chicken. But the kicker was the two homemade oils. One with garlic and one with red hot peppers. I would come back here. Nice clean friendly

Very quiet place with Italian specialities. These are always a new culinary delight. Staff always friendly and very accommodating.

The pizzas are good and are actually unbeatable for 5 Euros (Take away), but in my opinion they are becoming smaller and smaller.
We had a nice dinner here. Great food and reasonable in price. We had pizza frutti de mare and Ravioli. Each were delicious.
