A beautiful evening. the hotel is very well; Basic room very elegant and good bedding. breakfast is very well with excellent local products and homemade pastries. I kept the best: dinner. The samin olive kitchen is all in subtlety, lightness and full of creativity. We were really excited by his kitchen. service is efficient and pleasant. It is a beautiful table with a good value for a macaron michelin. one of the addresses not to be missed in drôme ardèche if you are gastronome.

very welcoming, excellent cuisine, very refined and sought after. the liquorice and fennel sauce is very successful, and that say millefeuille with chocolate... a real delight. local products and an excellent olive oil the magnanerie in ardèche)
