Lunch improvised in Fourcès today in Carroussel Gourmand. I highly recommend this small restaurant that serves well prepared and tasty cuisine at a very reasonable price. The menu is different from the usual menus elsewhere. The chief has the confidence to go out and talk to the guests and he should do the same. Turn around if you're in Armagnac.
