A new bistronomer in Castillon. At noon, I ate a menu at 14 euro, a herring has perfectly executed potato oil and a scent of pork with tasteful olives, all accompanied by a pichet of Castillon linking authenticity to the taste of the terroir. Very well presented. Very kind welcome, courteous, card payment. Beer Paulaner of a munichoise origin, whose quality does not need to be praised. I recommend without hesitation while wishing success to the young and full of energy! Thank you!
Very nice bistro. Very good reception by very pleasant young couple. The gizzard salad is delicious and copyy. We hope the boss will win his selection at the petanque.......
