I hadn't had the opportunity to come back to lunch since the change of owners and it's done. the new team had the very good idea to keep everything that works. a warm, smiling and dynamic welcome, a map that I immediately recognized despite a few small retouches by ci, by this and the setting that I particularly affectionately and that makes the charm of the places. the cane fillet, cherry beer sauce was divine and dessert (a picon cup with beer ice, guimauve picon lemons confits) very original. I really had a great time and especially don't change anything because you have the recipe for success.
We rediscovered the hotel's chalet and its new young and dynamic team. We were delighted that everything that made the spirit cottage was preserved.
