We stayed at Bas Rupts in early September, and the experience was mixed. The restaurant and service were excellent, offering tasty dishes and combinations of interesting flavors. I recommend this place for its kitchen, although I note with amusement the choice of keeping of the row leader(skin of pie, a little overwhelmed in warm weather. As far as the room is concerned, it was spacious because it was designed for four people, offering a view of the pool and a magnificent view of the garden. However, we noticed the absence of some basic equipment such as a hair dryer (which we may not have been found). More embarrassing, a very strong smell of wood or wax treatment was present in the room. W...
First time I stay in a 4-star hotel. Here are my impressions after qq time of reflection. Pros: welcome, clean room, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna/hammam, location close to the city, well-insulating noise window, drinks and fruits offered, large spacious room and decorated way chalet, beautiful view and large balcony. Negative points: hotel fairly vet (hot water long to come in the rooms), indoor swimming pool a little cold, limestone on shower cheeks, noisy street when the windows are open, mattress not comfortable at all. I'm a little bit upset about my night. Given the price and expected standing. We expect zero fault.
During a stay in Gerardmer, we went to the Chalet fleuri family. A refined and warm place to compensate for the lack of smiles of some staff members. This does not, however, come to bury the wonderful meal. We took the menus at 80€ with entry, fish and meat, cheese and dessert! I recommend the stuffed poultry with foie gras is just wonderful!! Excellent value for money according to us... the chalet is decorated with a lot of taste. No flat on the meal. even desserts are exquisite: the minestrone pineapples/fresh at the top! Just like the perfect guarana!!
At one time we were accustomed to this table, and we decided to come back to see. Very disappointed by the menu, the quantity in the plate, the overall benefit. Note a sumptuous wine map, but the bottle that was served us had a cork incident and we were served filtered instead of proposing another (this is what I expected). Minimum unworthy service of the name Relais et Chateaux !

I offered a night and a meal to my son and his friend in this charming establishment. If they really enjoyed the place and the very fine meal, as well as the relaxation area, I enjoyed on my side the telephone reception of the establishment which greatly facilitated the stay and the settlement. A little more for the breakfast table specially erected for two! Thank you.
Visit your restaurant on August 14 at night. An unforgettable experience, a well-crafted map, all in a sumptuous setting. No disappointment during the check. Little regret, not having tried the Sandre Filet, it will be an opportunity to return home! Thanks to the whole team and especially to Édouard for his professionalism and the quality of his service.
The menu offered with the week offer was good but offers no choice. The nicely proposed server to change a dessert that was not appropriate. Personal care. I would like to come back for a la carte meal to taste the cuisine of this restaurant.
Small getaway for our 23 years of marriage. Very nice experience from the point of view of the room but also from the gastronomic meal. We'll come back for sure.
