exceptional restaurant in autun. good reception, nice map : I took a salmon pie with a knife and tomato pie and then a cooked calf dish T°, wild gambas and cream with spelt pepper dessert a leaf with red fruit cream mascarpone . My wife, a calf with green asparagus and parmesan risotto and then a pot of gambas and nut of scallops, small vegetables, poached in a Thai creamy broth, serving a fresh fruit salad. Well, it was the party! a real moment of pleasure! a table not to be missed.
After a visit to the tourist office, we went to the castlebriant to have a glimpse of the Burgundian gastronomy and we were not disappointed!First of all, we were very nicely welcomed by a charming waitress who perfectly advised us on the specialties of the house (unforgetable meurettes eggs, persilded ham and other pieces of charolais come ...) and which has made our pleasure. Very good table, very good value for money, to attend without moderation!
