It's been over a week since we ate Le Chatel and I remember the meal. This is very rare for me. We both ordered from the menu gastronomic I ordered a salad sud ouest what was enough to eat. It consisted of Gesiers de canard, foi gras, magret de canard fumé, sun-dried tomates and it came with a basket of warm loaves fait maison . My main course was fish in a black olive sauce with a risotto, boiled for perfection and seasoned with mushrooms. The trimmings on both dishes were salads and roasted tomatoes. this address had been recommended and we were not disappointed. everything was perfect, an excellent welcome, waiters and waitresses are of a very great kindness, discreet but present at the right time and always with the smile. the menu taken on the map was exquisite, from foie gras with spindos, as to desserts, exotic lemons and strawberry betting have swept our taste buds, one thing is sure we will return!
When you arrive at a nangis you don't expect to find a haven of greenery and a place of such quality. Everything is neat: the rooms of great comfort (especially air conditioning), the attentive service, the quality of the kitchen (excellent,) the rural environment...It is possible to eat inside or outside under large tones. single flat: presence in relation to particular dwellings.
Probably we drove past 'Le Chatel' and had a very nice meal there. The waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. We don't speak much French, but the ladies were very helpful. The food was delicious. Good portions and very tasty. I had rabbits that...was tasty with purple mash!!!! Yummy! Everything was well presented. Nice atmosphere too.
