Nous avons redécouvert ce restaurant, n'y étant pas revenu depuis une dizaine d'années. Bien que resté dans son style rustique avec poutres apparentes et mezzanine, la surprise est sur la table et dans les assiettes. La carte , volontiers énigmatique, nécessite les explications de la patronne, qui prend un plaisir gourmand ! à vous les donner et à aiguiser votre curiosité. Et il y a une vraie originalité dans les plats que l'on découvre avec plaisir. Ces expériences culinaires se révèlent excellentes. Un grand bravo à Béa et Christophe.
