The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs that they collect and use many of whom I had never heard from where the food comes from, how it is made and all food requirements are taken in their tract. The lady who served us was able to tell us about the herbs they gather and use - many of which I had never heard - where the food comes from, how it is made and any dietary requirements are taken in their stride. We love vegetables and it was delightful to see that they were plentiful on the plate and then we were offered more later on.
