When you go into 'the country ', this is what you hope to find. A nice little place next to a 500 year old church. I 've been here quite a few times. The chef is very friendly and the staff too. If you dont want any...other tourist there, go by, because there are always some dutch people there. But, more important, the food: It is good. No more no less. I can recommend the escargots for starters, main courses varie, cheese: delice de Bourgogne (like brie but very soft and fresh), mousse au chocolat for dessert. Also, their pies/cakes are very good. And french offcourse, not very sweet. O and the pinot noir is a recommendable wine, and the various white bourgognes. Enjoy!

A super restaurant in a competition village in Morvan. The greeting was warm and very friendly. We chose our table and started with a Kir Royale with delicious free pastries. You have four Plat d'jour price offers. We went for the two and three course options at €17 or €19. There was a selection of 4 starters and 4 main courses. The food was tradional burgundy french fayre, which meant it was very tasty with a lot of taste and you could say it was cooked with thought and love. We really enjoyed the food, the ambience and the service and will return very soon.

I’ve been here quite a few times. Never dissapointing. Great wines, great food, great prices. For dessert their chocolate mousse is to die for. As is the Delice de Bourgogne (fatty cheese). Staff is ever so friendly. If you are nearby, stop by.

This small cafe restaurant fades back to an earlier time. A great menu of €11, full of French classics and desserts. Suitable for local workers or a family meal. Great sociality. A place to find out if you're in the area. Hi.
