We have been staying in this hotel every summer for 20 years. Such fidelity can only be explained by the quality that this hotel offers us, unique charm in a Luberon protected from the folly of our time. Mr. Laborie created this setting by investing in it all his life and even more. His young successor and his wife are at work to maintain and develop this remarkable establishment. Unpretentious if it is charm and beauty. We look forward to meeting them in June to show them the happiness of seeing the life of this hotel prolong thanks to their energetic desire to continue the work of the elders. I will add my comments discovered in July 2023.

Absolutely fantastic in every way! The view from our window was thrilling, the sparkling clean room and organised housekeeping impressed us. Worth every penny for our two-night stay. If you're planning a trip to Roussillon and looking for a place to create lasting memories, this is the place to be.

We only ate at the restaurant. An exceptional view of the ochers. A top service and balanced and refined dishes. A real delice if you want to make you a high-end restaurant for an occasion!

The restaurant was excellent! Very nice viewing of the Rousillon. You can see the famous red cliff just from you room window. The room also well clean with perfect condition.
