We took advantage of the blueberry pie festival in Metzeral for lunch in this specialised restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by Marion who was attentive throughout the meal. After a quick order, we followed the advice and took a local beer from the Taal Micro Brasserie (delicious) and ordered burgers a cop and a placetnant. Cyril, who works alone in the kitchen, put all his talent to the realization of these, and we enjoyed ourselves. The ingredients used are fresh products and the sauces are at home.
