We booked for a one night stay on our way back to the UK from Gironde. We were given a large and comfortable bedroom on the ground floor (17 which was well air conditioned and looked out over a pretty garden. We had booked a table for dinner which, on a fine evening, was set in the garden. The meal which followed showed that the restaurant’s Bib Gourmand award in Michelin (which I still call “good food at reasonable prices” was certainly justified.
