the novelty since this year: the opening of a wine bar in the very heart of this cellar. a brilliant idea that delights consumers with a choice of wines and beer quite wide, the pro advices in bonus, a small, well-appointed room very charming and contemporary, and original and tasteful tapas: salted cannelés (3 different fragrances,) Italian brushetta, trio of tapenades. The flavors are here. On the dessert side, they also use the free pastry of pessac. We're having fun and it's helping local trade!
