I go from time to time in this restaurant, the chef is a real professional and knows his profession. My last visit is mixed, lunch a weekday, arrival at 1:00 pm.Two of the guests wanted to take the express menu of the noon, one learns at the time of the order that the entrance and dish of the day are out of stock.
