Le Coq en Pâte is an institution in the Valais capital. Nestled in the extraordinary Supersaxo house, in the heart of Sion, the place, steeped in history, is well furnished and the decoration is graceful. The welcome is attentive and welcoming, the choice of local wines is intelligent and the atmosphere warm. The service is fast, professional and friendly. As for the cuisine, it is simply impeccable; the flavors are there and the products sublimated. Special mention for the heart of beef fillet, white bacon, Pinot Noir sauce and Madagascar pepper which is sublime. No problem recommending this establishment. And thank you !

Chef Vuigner has managed to preserve specialties such as free-range poultry (cooked to die for: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside) and foie gras carpaccio.
