Restaurant in 3/4 full, after 20 minutes sitting at the table after being installed, I myself was looking for the menus. 15 minutes later the waitress came to take command. We waited about 20 minutes for our dishes, with cold meats. Many customers complained that day of waiting and cold dishes... Too bad because the products are of quality, the good cuisine and there is a very good value for money in menus offered. I'm not sure I'm going to do this restaurant again, especially on a lunch break at 12 o'clock, given the time constraints.
I've already had the opportunity to come and eat in this restaurant and I'm every time happy. It's really nice for a lunch. the dishes are varied and homemade: even the fries.! the sauces that accompany the dishes are always controlled. Anyway, a simple but delicious kitchen. the team is very nice: both the waitresses and the cook we see working. I recommend.
having found two full restaurants on the alouette my friend and I decide to try the **** in paste. quick welcome, very nice staff waitresses like cooking, unfortunately they took us a lot of time to be served and so we had to send our meal and we had to spend coffee or dessert. Moreover, we found that the value for money is fairly high. It's too bad!
the **** in paste is a bistro with unbeatable value for money! with a formula noon to 11,50 euro, it is an excellent address on pessac. the restaurant is unfortunately poorly placed (activity area), but the chef comes out of excellent dishes, cooked only with fresh products. For lunch between colleagues it's perfect!

the formula of the day was really very good and very well presented. the portions were not a little light, but when the quality is there, it goes better. We found a pity that the entrance buffet is as small (and in addition it really only remained the dishes) and that the service was as long.

This was, without question, the best vegetarian meal I had in France. Very, very, very, very filling plate.
Nothing extraordinary... medium flat. However very good reception with sparkling and smiling employees!
