The dinner was booked a week in advance, and when we arrived on time, we found that there was no parking space, so we asked the front desk and got the answer that we could park in front of the hotel. The wine list was extensive, but we took the sommelier's advice and had a glass of German Riesling and a scallop with sabline as a side dish.The wine and the salmon roe pasta also matched very well.The bison was very tender and the toppings were very tasty. Next time I'm here, I'll have a few more wines, after all, the restaurant is known for its wines.A dinner to remember with a great view of the river.
as usual it was a culinary experience and a most enjoyable service! We're fans! Tonight, we have lived an incredible experience with félix and sophie. It was the first time we went there with our 15-month-old daughter and the generosity of the team towards our daughter really charmed us! Thank you very much.
