Went for dinner family of three. Ordered our meals and an appetizer. Our plates showed up with no appetizer arriving prior. I reminded the waitress and she asked if we still wanted the app we declined. No “sorry”. Just “oh ok then” I had to ask for our empty water to be refilled on multiple occasions. My house salad was nothing more than a handful of baby spinach thrown into a bowl. I do this when in a rush to get out the door in the am from a bag of spinach from Costco. At least I’m not charging myself close to 10 bucks for I though. When I asked the server what vegetables came with the steak her answer was “I don’t know.” Ordered desert for 2 and coffee for 2 never offered a refill on our...
Very expensive, poor quality and poor service. We were very excited to try this restaurant, the menu looked promising and the reviews were excellent. We liked the environment and decor, there was a musician to welcome us. We ordered mussels, shrimps, fish chips and salad. The mussels were not fresh, overcooked. The shrimps were drenched in sauce and the fries were too soft. On top of it all, the deserts were not even made on site. I understand times were hard for restaurants for the past year and a half, but you have to do better than that to have us back.
Good food, good atmosphere, nice people! Always enjoy my visits to the cozy, and the last one didn't disappoint. If I can only make one suggestion, more vegetarian options would be great.
