I take to take away on the occasion of my races at Carrefour, client for many years I notice that the quality has declined well and that for all the dishes, many are too salted (basilic powder for example) and some compact sauces (fish and scallop sauce). As said in some comments they shield the hat, not very honest when you know it's weight. Make efforts before losing all your customers.
Very disappointed. The food should not be very fresh: very hard and tasteless whispers. Pork and chicken nems that had to be fried several times. And the Cantonese rice was very medium, the peas were no longer round... It's been several years since I hadn't taken dishes at that catererer, and I don't think I'm going to go back there anytime.
