excellent experience during a convivial lunch where we spent the menu in the services, with wine agreements. very good choice of champagne in aperitif. plates are chained with beautiful finds in condiments, seasonings or cooking. foie gras and broth, among other things. two misadventures came to bring a dish at the end of the meal: the second coffees were billed to us, which is unusual and plays for an addition to more euros per person. and our dressing rooms quickly brought before we asked them, probably to invite us to leave the place faster. but it is a fact that we were the last in the room and enjoy the experience and talent of the leader.

we took the tasting menu that was perfect for us under any points, mastery of cooking the calamard, balance of flavors,textures, and a logic in the followed of the platas. rums are also worth a look we took the tasting menu who...was literally perfect on every points. perfect cooking squid good balance of flavour and textures, and a logic of the following of the dishes. rums have to be tast as well!

small starred restaurant. Some tables. The room is pretty. It's a surprise menu. we only choose the number of dishes. all dishes were delicious and well presented. mixed kitchen with a wedding of original flavors. it gives an explosion of flavors in the mouth. The service is smiling and careful. The restaurant deserves its star.
