I decided at the last moment to book for lunch with my wife who can't eat fat! when I call to book, Florian answers me directly and when I explain my choice to have a steamed chicken with steamed vegetables for my wife. when to me the knives in the entrance and then fish from the market... all was respected...it mixes me that florian sent to his fishermen’s parents to choose the back of the bar. What a pleasure, what a mastery of cooking and respect for the demand of a customer “specially chosen” bravo and thank you Florian. I'll be back soon to enjoy my next besançon trip
despite a somewhat long service (especially with 4 teenagers but very pleasant and my little enthusiasm for the fish, I highly recommend this address: the cod with chorizo is to fall! the other guests were also conquered by their plates! Thank you for this good moment
My friend visited the place with her family for their mothers birthday. They had the couteaux and noix de saint jacques with rum and chocolate for dessert. The owners and stuff were very kind, the service was professional. They highly recommend and would go again :
