The Freiberg is from my point of view the best restaurant in Obernai (and yet the contest is difficult) and one of the best places I could eat, if you pass in this city do not hesitate to eat. The setting is hot, the kitchen is refined... the reflection of a beautiful mastery. The value/price ratio is correct. And to complete the note: all servers are very pleasant and good advice. This is the perfect place to have a good time!
Un très bon dîner avec un Tournedos de Saumon d’Ecosse, Lardé et grillé servi à l'accoutumée avec des pommes de terre Charlotte vapeur et une sauce au Riesling que j'ai demandé à remplacer par des tagliatelles. Le saumon était excellent, mes pâtes étaient tièdes mais avec la sauce cela allait. Les profiteroles sont très bien servies, je n'ai pas réussi à terminer le dessert ! Pensez à réserver, le restaurant était plein !
Simplement mon restaurant favoris sur Obernai !Cadre alsacien chaleureux, rien à redire sur le service.Cuisine excellente et toujours constante de part sa qualité d'élaboration et de la qualité des produits utilisés.Un peu onéreux certes, mais comme on dit, on en a pour notre argent !J'ai toujours été satisfait de cet établissement.
Comme tous les ans arrêt obligatoire au Freiberg ! Excellent accueil , aimable et souriant . Belle salle, belle décoration alsacienne rouge et blanche .Cuisine maison, produits Frais et de qualité !Les célèbres tartes flambées sont excellentes !! Des 8€! Allez y sans hésiter!! Si vous cherchez des flammes sympas, c'est ici qu'il faut se rendre. La qualité du service est un peu variable selon les saisons mais leurs flammes en valent la peine. Les tarifs sont correctes.
