reception and impeccable service, of great kindness. Yes, indeed, we only propose two menus but what finesse and I was going to say even refinement. Yes, it's fresh, yes, the products implemented are tasteful. I particularly enjoyed the frog thighs with a confit tomato sauce. A delight! special attention for the service of wine because it is very rare to be able to choose (when you drive) 25 cl of a wine in the wine map and that you are given this wine of a bottle that you are present in a pichet. for the we of the famous wine frog fair we ate at the restaurant o petit vair, formerly galoubet taken over by a young chef who works only with fresh products. The frog thighs were delicious, it changes frozen frogs that are offered elsewhere! to accompany this dish we took a white pinot of alsace which also was very good...Nothing to say.
