We arrived early for dinner, but the staff told us to wait a bit and the cook will be ready for us. The place was filled with locals laughing and enjoying life and made us feel comfortable. The menu is simple with daily specials and reasonable prices. The food was very good. It was a pleasure to eat here and enjoy the friendly staff and atmosphere. I can recommend the restaurant and will return when back in the city.
While driving through France for work I spent a night in Le Mans. I went for dinner to Le Globe because I knew the bar from previous visits when I had been having some drinks.The staff was attentive as usual and the entrecôte with Roquefort sauce did match the general opinion I had of this restaurant.I would repeat if I stop again in Le Mans.
We ate here on a Thursday evening quite early - about 6.45 - but others were already eating.We ate the entrocote which was tasty & well cooked. Service was quick & quite friendly.If you are looking for an easy & reliable option in Le Mans Me Globe is a good bet but maybe a little over priced.
Had a meal at TheGlobe over the le mans 24 hour weekend - and it was very good. Our waiter was great - the food was tasty and not pretentious. Great location in the central square. In this part of France the Creme Brûlée is normally excellent and these guys did not disappoint. Book a table now
Popped in here for a quick dinner and it didn't disappoint. The service was quick with good staff and banter. The food was straightforward, tasty and filling. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable bill. I would recommend the Globe.
We arrived by taxi tired and wet but this Resaurant was just what was needed . Good food and wine served by attentive staff we spent three enjoyable hours eating drinking and unwinding . Hope to visit again this year.
It is always nice to be quickly helped; Drinks and dinner were served in time and the food (Andoulliette) was very good. The staff was friendly and especially with non-native French speaking people
