Having booked the restaurant for 12.30 we arrived on time and were shown to our table on the 1st floor. We ordered a 50cl bottle of wine and 'pichet ' of water. Our french is good enough to understand menus and chat to the staff. On this occasion there was a waiter and waitress. The waitress took our order 10 minutes later. No sign of the water. Whilst tables around us were being served with food, about 20 minutes later, I asked about the water and 1st course. We were told the 'Chefs been cooking Bouillabaisse. No apology. Nous avions réservé il y a deux mois sur internet et avons eu la table que nous avions choisi en bordure de terrasse afin de jouir d'une vue exceptionnelle sur le bassin de Thau. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par tous les employés et la patronne. Dès notre arrivée on nous a apporté des olives noires à l'aïl maison et comme nous avons pris un apéritif nous avons aussi eu de la rillette de thon maison. Waiting a little long but it's worth it. a beautiful view of the pond of thau. Very nice server. I advise you to take the carpaccio de st jacques really very very good as well as the clams to the plancha. think you're gonna have to wait outside.
