The dough is really too fine. It doesn't seem at all to the bread dough which is the pizza dough, a little thick, stocked on the edges. the choice of trim is wide but very similar from one name to another. It would be better to have less choice but a paste that looks like a pizza. The trim is not at the height either, I tasted the magret, or magret slices are simply put out of the oven as well as the goat. It has no taste. price too high for this lack of quality. Good-branded frozen pizzas are more satisfactory.
We stopped in this pizzeria for lunch before continuing the road. A very friendly and very kind welcome. We decided to eat on site and we were quickly served with 3 good pizzas well garnished with a fine paste after each taste on the thickness of the dough. The small problems we can reproach may be the fact of having to use either to have covered drinks. But also not if you like pizza properly garnished, well cooked with wood fire with a fine dough, go your eyes closed!
Pizzas ordered by truck for 8pm. Not ready. All accustomed customers are served first. Served at 20:20 for us. Quality of poor pizza. Dry, not cooked, raw materials purchased at Lidl (I hope to be transported in refrigerated truck... I doubt it! Gruyère that makes dry plates on pizzas, or is mozzarella? To avoid!!! Dear for what it is! I don't know. Pizzaiolos (the real must return to their grave. Once, but never two! We haven't finished our pizza.
I took a little pizza at the nancras truck last night. pizza crammed, but raw paste in the center, and returned on itself because box too small, and to crown everything, ingredients worthy of the first price of a discount supermarket, i.e. no taste, see even infamous for what is chicken. short, great disappointment.

Friendly establishment or there is an impressive choice of pizza (more than 100 to choose). In addition they are very copyy with 3 different dimensions. Either take away or eat on the spot. On the other hand, there are only pizzas on the map. The room is small. Better book
