We were coming for the second time at the grapillon, our first visit had been an exit with stars in the eyes and a very happy stomach. This time was different.Already before all I say that it is very rare that I chipote in front of my plate and above all I am rather of the kind discreet not the kind to make scandal. It's already bad because I book online and I don't get an email or sms that confirms the reservation, a bug in my opinion because usually it works perfectly. I therefore allow myself to phone to be certain not to find me in front of a door close to our arrival (especially that it is my husband's birthday.) apparel according to the manager it is not possible that I did not receive...

I'm really surprised at the previous comment. If you don't like salad, don't eat it. I just see it's pathetic to see this kind of comment on tripadvisor. It's a business it's people who cook, while you wait and at one time you go down a kitchen for the very good shot while you don't even know how to make a quarter....I was celebrating 5 years with my man and I found a cosi atmosphere, original dishes I didn't know what to choose all made want! What to come back to taste everything;) the price I regret but it is a most normal price for what you eat! The boss is just adorable, welcoming, I love this kind of boss! Thanks for this evening really I made an hour's drive to come I don't regret anyt...

Just correct kitchen . reservation made by the fork : no discount ( far from the spirit of the fork ) . obligation to take a minimum a menu to 25 euros .... if one of the guests only wants a dish to 19 euros it will still pay 25 euros !!!!! the waiter ( boss ) has taught me that the fork was a travel agency and that so it was forced to take menus chef to 25 euros ... bad day child menu = 25 euros low quality meat, Christian suffocated salad with canteen foie gras. dessert with frozen fruits and without any taste .... no even minimal changes possible in the menu. really very disappointed because the boss is nice but it doesn’t make all.

I have gone to this place several times in the last 3-4 years. The menu does not change much but it is nicely varied and (as is the fashion these days) appeals to more modern tastes. Even so, fans of French traditional cooking would not...be disappointed here. Good wine list, also available by the glass, and waiters are knowledgeable about what goes with what and will make good suggestions. I find the prices very reasonable for the quality. At last visit, it is only open at lunchtime (Tuesday to Saturday). After lunch go for a walk out at the chateau Vaux-le-Vicompte Book a table now

During a quick stay in Melun we were recommended to this restaurant by b and b owners where we were. The lady asked us what we were after and our answer was medium range: not fast food or cheap joint, but not ostentatious... Either... that was right. fresh food tastefully presented. If I wanted to be picky, the portions are small and the tapas menu does not offer many dishes that are not deep roasted. Nevertheless, I would like to recommend this restaurant.

We wanted to try this family restaurant after a little visit of melun and its surroundings and it was a very pleasant surprise.Certes, the waiter is not very smiling (it looks like sergeant hasaway in the series "inspection lewis" =) but the service is impeccable, the very good dishes (a little expensive but it is worth it!) and the super nice boss! big heart blows for xxl salads that are

The most delicious meal we had this vacation was in this small restaurant decorated like a cave. The staff does not speak much English but were not upset with our badly phrased French when we ordered dinner. Two dinners, an appetizer and a very good...bottle of Gigondas wine cost about $100.

We went to Melun for a music festival on weekends. We were looking for something to eat and happened in this place. We ate outside; the staff was exceptionally beautiful and the food was wonderful and quite expensive. We would definitely return. Book a table now

We ate well but there was no wow factor. The tastes were a little muted. The service was efficient. On the whole quite expensive for what was served, but the wine bar ambience is very pleasant.
