this food truck is for me well placed in the sense that it is close to the center but far from the cohue of the main artery. The reception is excellent, the owners are friendly. the covers, cups, and boxes are recyclable and recycled. the dishes are original and excellent. everything is made home with organic products. The quality is at the rendezvous. The menu changes often, the kitchen is inventive and tasty. The service is fast. the drinks also kind of the ordinary. desserts are very good and original! We also tried to take away dishes to enjoy on the beach (brand and salad made of). we can finally eat balanced and organic in Porto-vecchio!
original dishes, organic and made with local products! nothing to add (no salt, no pepper) everything is balanced, tasty and tasteful. We loved the Corsican calf burger, the ravioli to the blettes and mint, the beef emia, the ricotta cake,. They change their cards every week and are never in the process of thinking. And smiles! I highly recommend!
