we were here years ago and look forward to the return. the young and talented German chef knows his craft well and supplies great food, interesting no traditional farewell with flair with creative touches. fresh well prepared ingredients well presented for a delicious experience. we come every year since they were opened years ago when we are in frankly on vacation. it's always something we're looking for and we've never been disappointed. the food is delicious so beautiful presented and the staff is very friendly. we. like sitting outside, it is not a large terrace, in a small street, but it is cozy and clean. we think everything on the menu worth the try, they will be surprised!
We stopped in Dole for lunch on our way to Geneva. After searching TA for the best place to eat we found Le Gustalin to offer us a beautiful lunch! All the tables outside were booked so we ate inside. Definitely book ahead for an...outside table if you are going to Dole.
we ate here twice in a week while we were in the dole area and it was unpretentious, efficient and friendly, and eating was first class at both places. very popular, so it is worth booking. recommended wholehearted.
