this restaurant is a haven of peace with its service in millimeter of the boss. fresh, fresh and local products prepared by the chef (the boss) that mixes all flavours and using successful cooking techniques. It's a real pleasure. I made gastros and stars, the hittau deserves its star and offers menus to make many of its roam confreres. an address that is worth the detour to Saint-Vincent-de-tyrosse in the land.
