I love Japanese food. And here I was very pleasantly surprised by the finesse of flavors, their balance and respect for Japanese culinary traditions. The quality of the products is undeniable and their wine list is absolutely fabulous. In addition, staff are smiling and effective. What more? A very good address at the Roche.
