When we arrived at the restaurant, there was only one other table occupied, and it was like this all evening.We did not really understanding the reason for this, as the service and food were both of highest level. I had meals in restaurants rated with a Michelin star that were absolutely of lower satisfaction.After a small amuse from the chef, we had a 4-course meal, which included fish and deer, all prepared in a delicious way. The red wine that was served (from the Zurich area!), was excellent. Dark red, full flavour, and comparable to a Grand Cru from Burgundy. The deer was served at the table in two steps, so could be enjoyed twice, warm and in smaller portions.We will definitely return,...
