We were looking for a restaurant on Vannes and fell by chance on this one, and what a beautiful find! As other opinions say, the kitchen is refined and the atmosphere is calm but warm. The dishes are made with fresh and local products, the plates are pretty and the taste experience is excellent In addition, we had the surprise to see us offer a tasty verrine as a fun mouth! The prices are very correct in the light of the kitchen and the quantity served (we took an entrance and a dish, and no longer had room for dessert). If we have the opportunity, we will return without hesitation!
this restaurant has menus, with wine pairs if you want. we had the middle menu (with regard to courses) and it was fabulous and the wee were all well chosen. the presentation was beautiful and every bite was a tasty bite. every single cure was...we had eaten in a Michelin-one star in paris, which was very good, and that was better. it was just opened in juni 2022 so we could get a last minute reservation, but once this cook is discovered it becomes more difficult.
highly recommended! my wife and I spent a few days in vannes at this weekend and we are so glad that we came across this hidden gem of a restaurant. the food was delicious, aromen and ingredients were appetizing, tasty and kreatiw combined so much that we felt we were fed in a meelin run operation. the plating was professional and the service was pleasant and friendly. a definitive must-go when they are in vannes and looking for a great and delicious dinner.
A goodness in the dishes, a delight for the taste buds. A meal to fall down. We took the tourteau ravioli to the Thai inspiration broth that was ouf and the exquisite home foie gras. In the dish the fish of the delicious moment and the supreme gourmet pintade. Everything was perfect, the warm welcome and the restaurant is quiet. Everything perfect zero false note we will return to the area only for this restaurant.
