Can be a little tricky to find, especially if you are travelling in the dark. Some little distance from Sarzeau, look out for the dark sign on the right, and turn there, and then carry on through the countryside until you see it on the right (though their sign was hidden by shrubs . But do it, it is worth the effort. Large dining rooms, good atmosphere, very understated but professional staff, who knew their stuff, and the dishes. Good wine list. Don 't be put off by limited menu choice, there are several 'extra ' surprises. Presentation, quantities, and taste very good. Vous prenez de beaux produits locaux sublimés, une belle histoire racontée au fil des plats, une jeune équipe motivée dans des bâtiments qu'il faut découvrir et vous obtenez un dîner qui laisse augurer un bel avenir à ce restaurant déjà auréolé d'un Bib Michelin alors qu'il n'a été repris que depuis un an et demi.Avec le menu à 28€ (L'instant), le rapport qualité prix est remarquable. Nous avons apprécié la justesse des cuissons, l'équilibre des saveurs et l'amabilité du service.A noter, la prise en compte de l'intolérance au gluten jusque au pain cuit sur place.
