Choix très restreint surtout quand entre 2 plats du jour, il n'en restait plus qu'un : endives au jambon. Alors pourquoi pas mais dans l'assiette, quelques feuilles d'endives cuites, à peine 50g de jambon et de la béchamel. Entrée ce minuscule plat pour 15,50 €, ça fait cher. Heureusement que l'entrée était correcte. S'il n'y a plus de plat du jour on se doit de proposer un plat de remplacement. Et pour le dessert idem, il ne restait plus qu'un choix sur 2. À 12h30 s'il n'y a plus de choix, il faut changer de métier ou alors refuser carrément les clients et ne pas servir des quarts de portion.
